Training

In order smooth the implementation within an organization ENGINEERING.com offers web based training to get you’re users productive quickly

Quick Start Package – This package offers a 2 hour web based training session to be presented to your users via the web. This session covers system configuration, project navigator, Quick Collaboration and RFQ’s. This also includes an additional 1 hour session for the system administrator.

Custom Training and Consulting – If any additional training sessions are required or specialty training these programs are available upon request.
Technical and Application Support

In order to ensure all ENGINEERING.com Collaboration Suite users are as productive as they can be flexible and economical support offerings are available. Our support center is staffed by engineers bringing you the highest level of support standards.

Email Support – Access our online support tool for submitting email questions to support. Our support engineers will respond to your requests within 1 business day.

Phone Support – Call our support center toll-free to speak to one of our support engineers directly. This option also includes email support.
Consulting

ENGINEERING.com Collaboration Suite Application engineers are available to work with companies on consulting engagements to assist in implementation management and special application enhancement requests.
